MC Energy Services has successfully arranged leases of production platform and associated pipelines for the working interest holders of West Cameron 661 (October 2002) and Mustang Island 726 (April 2004). The uniqueness of this arrangement lies in the rent structure: volumetric production tariff based on the number of barrels produced. The benefits we were able to offer to the working interest holders include reduction in upfront capital expenditure and sharing the reserve risk.
